How long is a package valid?
Six months from purchase. If life gets in the way, tell us and we will work something out.
Can I share a package with someone?
Packages are for one person so we can track your plan, but we are happy to set up a second one for a partner or friend.
Do you take HSA or FSA cards?
Some plans reimburse wellness therapy with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. Check with your provider first, and we will supply an itemized receipt.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and there is no obligation to book a session afterwards.
