Ozone sauna therapy
Warm steam, pure ozone, head in the open air.
Forty-five minutes inside a sealed steam pod while ozone circulates around the body. Your head stays outside the pod, and the session is adjusted to your comfort.
What ozone is
The molecule behind the studio's name.
Ozone is oxygen with a third atom attached, the same clean scent that follows a thunderstorm. In this service, it is used around the body inside a steam pod while your head remains in open air.
In the sauna, ozone meets warm, moist skin. People book it for different wellness reasons, so the first step is always a conversation about fit, comfort, and limitations.
- 1
Settle in
You change into a robe, sit inside the pod, and the lid closes at the neck. Your head stays outside the whole time.
- 2
Steam builds
The pod warms to a comfortable steam-room heat. Pores open and the body starts to sweat within a few minutes.
- 3
Ozone circulates
A precise concentration of medical-grade ozone is fed into the pod, where it meets the skin and the moist air around you.
- 4
Cool down
After 45 minutes the lid opens. You rinse, drink water, and rest for a few minutes before heading out.

Equipment
A Longevity ozone system.

Questions
Ozone, answered.
Does the ozone get into my lungs?
No. The pod seals around the neck and your head stays outside in room air. Ozone is never meant to be inhaled, and the design keeps it that way.
How hot does it get?
Comfortable steam-room heat. It is adjustable, and you can ask to lower it at any point.
How often should I come?
Once or twice a week is a common rhythm for the first month. We will suggest a plan at your consultation and revisit it as you go.
Who should not do this?
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are being treated for a serious illness, please talk with your physician first. We will ask about this at your consultation.
Try a session, then decide.
A single 45-minute session is $99. Packs of five and ten bring the price down once you know it suits you.
