Warm and sweaty, like a gentle steam room, except your head stays outside the pod so you breathe normal air. Many clients describe the session as quiet and relaxing.
No. The suction is light and rhythmic, closer to a gliding massage than a deep-tissue one. You may feel a mild warmth in the area afterwards.
Whichever is closer, or whichever day suits you. Marietta (Shawnee Trail SE) is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; Stone Mountain (Rockbridge Road) is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Same therapies, same prices. Pick your preferred studio in the booking form.
Some people start with one visit; others choose a four, five, or ten-session pack. We will suggest a plan at your consultation, and you can change it any time.
Drink water beforehand, skip a heavy meal in the hour before, and bring nothing else. Robes and towels are provided.
